Due to construction at Valley Lutheran, graduation for the Class of 2019 has been moved to the Temple Theatre. Due to construction at Saginaw Valley State University, the spring concert has been moved to Heritage Theater in The Dow Event Center. In the most recent Valley Lutheran Parent Newsletter, sent on Wednesday, April 17, there was information included on a new location for the Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2019. It’ll take place at Temple Theatre this year. Meanwhile, tickets for the spring play go on sale in the school office on Monday, April 22. There is also information on scholarship opportunities for students interested in attending Valley next year, spring flower sale information, and more.

Family & Friends — Spring 2019

It’s an exciting time to be involved at Valley Lutheran High School. While a groundbreaking ceremony took place last fall, construction has taken over in earnest with walls going up on the West end of school and construction beginning on the new academic addition on the East end of campus.

All of this plus alumni news, tribute to a past faculty member, VLHS students Marching for Life, Law Day, and more are featured in the Spring 2019 Family & Friends magazine.

Statewide testing and a curriculum overhaul in the English Department highlight academic notes, along with information on scholarship opportunities and third quarter grades.
